Books/CDs sent Economy Mail are sent via USPS Media Mail, which typically takes 2-5 days in transit, but can take much longer. USPS will not guarantee transit time. Our experience shows that Media Mail is fairly prompt in states relatively close to Virginia, but can take a week or two to travel cross country.
Devotionals cannot go Media Mail, so they are sent via USPS Parcel Post or whatever method is least expensive.
Standard Domestic Mail items are sent via the fastest method covered by the shipping fee paid.
Transit times vary--we ship from Virginia.

We make every effort to ship all orders out promptly, and most go out within 1-3 business days of ordering.
Since we are a family business, it may take longer than usual for us to place the product in the mail when our family is out of town. If you have a specific time by which you need the product, please specify this on your order.
